Description
Numbers 22 and 24 are two terraced houses built in the late 18th century, with some alterations. They feature multi-coloured stock brick and a rusticated stucco ground floor. The buildings rise four storeys and have basements. Number 22 has two windows, while Number 24 has two windows and a two-window return to Warren Street, which includes a one-window splayed corner treatment. Both houses have round-arched doorways with pilaster-jambs, cornice-heads, fanlights, and panelled doors. The windows have gauged brick flat arches, mostly fitted with 20th-century glazing, and each top storey has one blind window. The ground floor windows of Number 24 have been altered, and the first-floor window of Number 24 features cast-iron balconies. A parapet crowns the buildings. The interiors have not been inspected. Attached to the houses are cast-iron railings with urn finials and tasselled spearhead finials.
