Description

A pair of semi-detached cottages, built around 1762 and later refaced in the 19th century with a Georgian style. The cottages are constructed of brown brick, with number 106 painted. They have 2 storeys, attics, and semi-basements, and feature 3 windows each. The roofs are 20th-century tiled mansard roofs with dormers, and there are end stacks. Each cottage has a doorcase with console-bracketed hoods and a part-glazed door. The windows have flush frames, gauged red brick flat arches, exposed boxing, and are sash windows. Parapets top the facades. The interiors were not inspected. Attached to number 106 is a brick wall with cast-iron railings featuring urn finials, and a gate.
