Description

No. 64 Eversholt Street is a terraced house and shop from the early 19th century, constructed of multi-coloured stock brick. The building stands three storeys high with a cellar and features two windows. The wooden shopfront has fluted pilaster-jambs that support an entablature with an inswept frieze, although this is mostly hidden by a 20th-century fascia. The shop window projects and has splayed ends with large panes. Both the house and shop doorways have panelled doors from the 20th century and fanlights above them. The windows have gauged brick flat arches and the recessed 20th-century sashes on the first floor are set in round-arched, shallow recesses. The building is topped with a parapet. The interior has not been inspected, but it is noted for retaining the only original shopfront in the terrace.
