Description

Hopleys Lodge is an early 19th-century lodge cottage that stands at one storey and features two windows. The walls are rendered, and it has a hipped, thatched roof with deep projecting eaves at the front. The cottage includes two- and three-light small-pane casements, with each light having arched glazing bars at the top and ogee hoodmoulds in the Gothick style. There is a splayed entrance porch that is situated under the swept projection of the main roof, which has a panelled door with a segmental-headed architrave.
