Description

The coach house, located 180 yards east of the main entrance to Ickworth House, dates from the early 19th century. It is a two-storey building with three windows, constructed of gault brick. The roof is hipped and slated, featuring a gault brick chimney. The small-pane sash windows are topped with gauged brick flat arches. The entrance includes a four-panelled door with an oblong small-pane fanlight above it. Additionally, there is a pair of framed and boarded carriage entrance doors. This coach house has group value with the adjacent stable block.
