Description
Barrow Hall is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the early 19th century. It has two storeys and features a main range with six windows, flanked by two wings, each with two windows. The house is timber-framed and encased in gault brick from the early 19th century. It has a plaintiled roof, with the wings hipped at both the front and rear, although they were probably gabled until the 18th century. The building has axial chimneys made of red brick. The windows are cruciform casements with flat rubbed brick arches. There are two four-panel entrance doors located at either end of the main range.
