Lower Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century. It has two storeys and attics, featuring flint walls with red brick quoins and strings. The roof is hipped and slated, with gabled dormers also covered in slate. There are axial red brick chimneys and sash windows throughout the building. The entrance is a six-panelled door, sheltered by a swept-gabled porch with a metal roof, supported by an open wrought-iron trellis frame.
