Description

Pips Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century. It has two storeys and a three-cell plan. The building is timber-framed and plastered, with some traces of decorative pargetting in the panels. The roof is covered with 20th-century double Roman tiles, and there is an internal chimney stack. The windows include 20th-century casement windows, as well as one 17th-century cast iron three-light casement window with square leaded panes located in the upper storey.
