Description
Sunnybank is an 18th-century house that is timber-framed and plastered, with additions and alterations made in the 19th century. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century three-light bay windows, each with single vertical glazing bars and slate roofs. One window on the first storey also has 19th-century sashes with single vertical glazing bars. The entrance is marked by a six-panel door with glazed panels, set within a wooden doorcase that has half-round Roman Doric columns, a frieze, and an open pediment. The roof is slate, raised and hipped at the west end. Sunnybank, along with No 33 (Hillside), forms a group of buildings.
