Description

No. 17 Mustow Street is a house built in 1926 after the demolition of a row of timber-framed buildings. It is constructed entirely from re-used timbers and features a plaintiled roof. The house has two storeys and is jettied on two sides, with an ornate corner-post. The upper part of the ground storey has wooden panels between the studs. The timbers used in the construction are of high quality, and the house is recognized for conserving these materials. The interior has not been inspected.
