Description

The Broadway is a house that represents the remaining section of a larger building, dating from the early 17th century, with a 19th-century rear extension. It is two storeys high and has one-and-a-half bays. The front features a single-window range of 16-pane sash windows. The structure is timber-framed and roughcast, topped with 20th-century slates. The rear extension is constructed with brick, flint, and stone walling, and it also has a slate roof. Inside, several plain main timbers are exposed.
