Description

Mill Farmhouse is an early 18th-century mill-house that has undergone mid-19th-century alterations and features a rear addition. The building is two storeys high with attics and has three windows. It is timber-framed and encased in gault brick, with red brick walls at the rear. The roof is slated, and there is an axial red brick chimney. The farmhouse has sash windows, with some wrought iron casements located at the rear. The entrance features a six-panel door with a false semi-circular fanlight painted on the plaster above. A timber-framed water mill that was attached to the east side of the farmhouse was demolished in the early 20th century.
