Mill-house, early C18, with mid-C19 alterations and rear addition. 2 storeys and attics, 3 windows. Timber-framed, encased in gault brick; red brick walls at rear. Slated roof, axial red brick chimney. Sash windows; some wrought iron casements at rear. 6-panel entrance door with false semi-circular fanlight painted on plaster above. Timber-framed water mill attached to east side was demolished early C20.
