No. 6 Sparhawk Street is a house dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and roughcast exterior, with a brick and flint extension at the rear. The house has a shallow-pitched slate roof and stands two storeys tall. The front features a two-window range with 6-pane sashes set in flush cased frames. On the ground floor, there are two doors with a 20th-century sash window between them, along with a 9-pane sash window on the left.
