Description

No. 68 on High Street is a house and shop dating from the 16th century, with an early 19th-century front. The building has two storeys and is constructed with a timber frame and roughcast, topped with a black glazed pantiled roof. The double shop front features small-paned, slightly bowed windows, with a central door accessed by a short flight of steps. To the right, there is a small-paned sash window in a cased frame and a second door leading up steps. The upper floor has casement windows, and the interior reveals exposed beams.
