Description
The Mill House is a house that was formerly a mill house, built in the early 19th century. It has two storeys and features three windows. The building is constructed of gault brick and has a hipped slated roof with paired modillions at the eaves, along with rear chimneys made of gault brick. The windows are sash style, with flat arches made of gauged brick and small-pane sashes. The entrance door is a six-panelled design from the early 19th century, framed by simple fluted pilasters and topped with a semi-circular fanlight that has radial bars. Above the entrance is a semi-circular canopy with a moulded cornice and a leaded flat roof, supported by a pair of Doric columns and pilasters.
