Description

Watermill Farmhouse is an early 17th-century building that stands two storeys high and features five bays. It is constructed with a timber frame and plaster, topped with pantiled roofs. The left end bay is part of the adjoining watermill, located to the south of the house. Inside, there is a chimney stack made of plain red brick. The entrance is through a lobby, and the ground floor has two sash windows, with a tripartite arrangement on the right side. Above, there are three small-paned cross windows. The house is also adorned with a Tuscan portico. At the rear, there is a long two-storey service wing that includes an internal chimney stack.
