The cottage features exposed oak framing with rendered infill panels on the gables. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a central chimney made of red brick with moulded pilasters. The windows are small-pane casements. There is a recessed open porch supported by turned balusters, leading to a boarded entrance door that has decorative ironwork.
