Description

Bridgemans is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house that was re-fronted in brick during the 18th or early 19th century, and is now colourwashed. The building has two storeys and features a three-window range with double-hung sashes that have glazing bars set in plain reveals. On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century canted bays that lack glazing bars. The entrance includes a six-panel door. The roof is hipped and tiled, with a small gablet at the south end. Inside, some of the original framing, beams, and ceiling joists are exposed.
