Description

The Fornham Road Free Church, originally a Railway Mission chapel, was built in 1900 and extended in 1903. It is constructed from painted corrugated iron with painted matchboard lining. The building features Gothic-style 2-light windows and small triangular dormers on both slopes of the roof. At the east end, there is a small entrance porch and lobby. Inside, there are two separate rooms located to the west of the main chapel. The church was renamed Fornham Road Free Church in 1990.
