Description

The boundary wall to the garden of Fornham House is a long, high wall that runs along the road. It dates from the late 16th century for its oldest section, which is made of Tudor red brick laid in a random bond and includes some reused freestone blocks. The majority of the wall is from the early 19th century and is constructed from rubble flint, topped with white brick copings and featuring flush pilasters.
