Description

A length of railings along the road frontage of Bell House, along with a short stretch of serpentine wall at the north end, dates from the early 19th century. The railings are made of wrought iron with spearhead designs and sit on a low brick plinth, featuring a pair of entrance gates. The red brick serpentine wall has segmental copings and stands about 1.5 meters high. This structure is included for its group value.
