Description
Potash Farmhouse is a former farmhouse built around 1790, with a rear wing added around 1970. The building is constructed of red brick and has a plain tiled roof. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features a symmetrical five-bay facade. The original cross windows are set under flat rubbed brick arches, although they now have 20th-century glazing. The original doorcase includes an eared architrave, a frieze, and a triangular pediment, with panelled reveals. The entrance has a six-panel raised and fielded door, with the upper two panels being glazed. The farmhouse also has gable stacks.
