Description
This is an 18th-century cottage, likely built in the second half of the century. It’s timber framed with a plastered front and weatherboarded gable ends, topped by a thatched roof. The cottage is small, consisting of two rooms with a central ridge stack. It has two small casement windows with old, small panes of glass. A doorway is located in the left gable end, although the door itself is not visible. The interior is believed to be largely unaltered.
