Description

This is an 18th-century house, likely originally timber-framed, with a front facade dating to the early 19th century constructed of gault brick. The roof is covered in concrete tiles. The house is two storeys high with a two-window front. The central doorway is recessed and has six panels, set beneath a semi-circular arch with reeded reveals. Flanking the door are sash windows with six-over-six panes; the left-hand window is missing its lower glazing bars. Both ground floor windows are topped with gauged skewback arches. Above are two more six-over-six sash windows, also with gauged skewback arches. A thin platband runs along the facade. The soffit of the eaves features paired flat modillions. A gabled roof slopes down to a south-facing gable end, where an internal brick stack is located and constructed of red brick.
