Description

Oak Cottage is a pair of early 18th-century houses that were altered in the late 20th century to form a single dwelling. The building is timber-framed with rendered and colourwashed walls, set on a brick plinth. It has a roof of black-glazed pantiles. The cottage is one storey high with a dormer attic. The west front features four 20th-century 2-light casement windows, which flank the location of a former pair of central doors, which have since been removed. The gabled roof includes two gabled dormers, each fitted with late 20th-century 3-light casements. A central ridge stack has two detached square flues. There are 20th-century flat-roofed extensions to the east and south. The interior has not been inspected.
