WINGFIELD STRADBROKE ROAD TM 27 NW 5/159 Wingfield Farmhouse - -- II

Farmhouse. Mid C17. Timber framed, roughcast rendered with a pantiled roof. 2 storeys. 2-cell form. C20 casement windows. To the front a 2-storey central gabled porch, C17 but evidently not original, with C20 4-panel door, the upper 2 panels glazed. Central axial stack, the upper part of the shaft rebuilt mid C20. Internally much of the structure is concealed.
