Description
Gippeswyk Hall is a notable red brick house dating from around 1600, featuring blue brick diapering and later alterations and additions. The building has two storeys and attics, with a three-window range that includes mullioned and transomed casements set in recessed reveals, all adorned with hood moulds. A central three-storeyed gabled porch projects from the front, showcasing stone dressings around the windows. The entrance features a four-centred brick arch with a hood mould. The upper storeys contain two-light casements, also with hood moulds. Above the entrance, there is a blue brick chevron pattern, and the upper storeys display diapering. The roof is tiled and includes two gabled dormers on the west side. There are 20th-century additions extending at the rear.
