It is two stories tall with an attic, constructed of red brick and featuring four gabled dormers and pantiles. The building has a coved plaster cornice and brick pilasters with moulded caps and bases. The end wall displays a brick lozenge pattern, and there are two earlier window openings that have been filled in. The gable features wrought iron ties with the letters "RR." The façade includes six windows and two blank panels, with casement windows set in flush frames and ground floor windows featuring segmental arches.
