Description

Garden house, dating circa 1870, located 50 metres west of Tiffany House. The building is constructed of red brick with white brick dressings, and has a plain tile pyramidal roof. It is square in shape.

The exterior features a two-storey, three-bay range. The ground floor has two arches on each side, with those on the south obscured by a flight of steps leading to a 20th-century plank door on the first floor. To the right of the door is a lancet window with a cusped timber trefoil insert. Three similar lancet windows are on the east side, and two are on the north side. The eaves are formed by courses of alternating red and black brick.

Inside, the roof comprises arch-braced timbers resting on reused 15th-century grotesque corbelheads of ecclesiastical origin. A fireplace is located in the north-west corner.
