Description

North House is a house dating circa 1840, with 20th-century alterations. It is constructed of colourwashed brick with parallel slate roofs. A ridge stack is located towards the right of the front elevation, and an end stack is located to the south. The front façade is a two-storey, three-window arrangement. A 20th-century glazed porch with a glazed door is positioned to the right of the elevation. To the left are two French windows with margin glazing, each with louvred shutters beneath segmental heads. The first floor windows are 8/8 sashes, with the exception of the central canted bay window, which projects outward and is arranged 1/1, 2/2, 1/1, with small-paned glazing at the top of the upper sashes. The interior was not inspected.
