Description
Tiffany House is a house built around 1840, with later alterations. It is constructed of rendered and colourwashed brick, topped with a hipped roof made of concrete pantiles and featuring a central gault brick chimney stack.
The exterior has three storeys and a two-window front. To the right of the elevation is a half-glazed door, while to the left are three 6/6 unhorned sash windows. On the first floor, there are two French windows that open onto a full-width balcony, which is adorned with a cast-iron balustrade. The French windows and ground floor windows are fitted with louvred sliding shutters positioned beneath square hoodmoulds. On the second floor, two 6/6 unhorned sash windows also have hoodmoulds wide enough to accommodate shutters.
The interior has not been inspected.
