Description

No 7 Market Place is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic and features two casement dormers. The exterior is finished in stucco and includes two-storey flank pilasters. The roof is tiled. Notable architectural details include a bow oriel sash window on the first floor, which has glazing bars and a dentil cornice. The shop front, dating from the mid-19th century, is made of wood and has a splayed bay design with a central entrance. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 11 (odd), Nos 11A, 13, and 17 to 21 (odd), along with the butter cross.
