Description

Melton Hall is an early 19th-century house on the north-west side of Melton Road. The building is constructed of colour-washed brick with a slated roof. It has two storeys and an attic. The fenestration includes four sash windows in recessed frames; the ground-floor windows are full-height casements. A verandah originally ran along the ground floor, with an ogee roof supported by cast iron standards. Part of this verandah has been bricked up to create an entrance porch.
