Description

Candlet Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century, likely a rebuild of an earlier 16th-century hall house. It features a timber-framed and plastered structure that is partly faced with brick, topped by a plain tiled roof and three hexagonal attached brick stacks along the ridge. The building has a 'T' plan with a lobby entrance and stands two storeys high. The fenestration is scattered, with most windows being 19th-century casements. There is a brick entrance porch with a plain tiled roof and a cut barge board, leading to a boarded door.
