Description

Nos. 6, 8, and 10 on Double Street are a late 17th-century house that has been divided into three separate residences. The building is two storeys high and features a timber-framed structure that is plastered, topped with a plain tiled roof. There is an internal chimney stack with a plain red brick shaft. The windows include 2-light casements and two canted bay windows, one of which has small panes. The entrances are marked by three 6-panelled doors, each with architrave surrounds, a frieze, and a cornice.
