Description
The Old Town Hall is a house that was once used by the Dunwich Corporation, likely built in the early 18th century. It features a timber-framed core with a plastered brick facade, and the gable ends are finished in red brick and render. The roof is covered with glazed pantiles. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-window range that includes 19th-century two-light casements. These casements have pointed upper lights set under segmental arches and diamond leaded panes. There is one gabled dormer that matches the style of the windows and has broad bargeboards. A gable end stack is located on the left side of the building. To the right, there is a two-storey wing made of painted brick and pantiles, which has a modern half-glazed door.
