Description

30 Rectory Street is an 18th-century, two-storey building that consists of two sections with an obtuse angle in its front design. The first floor features two windows in the left section and one window in the right section, all with flush frames and glazing bars. The central entrance has a six-panel door, flanked by a flush frame window on each side, and there is a plinth at the base. The roof is covered with pantiles, with the left portion having a low pitch and the right portion featuring an ogee bracket eaves cornice and a four-panel door made of wood. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 23 to 27, which are consecutive to No 30.
