Description

Belrail House is an early 19th-century, two-story building constructed of brick and stucco, finished to resemble ashlar. It has wide, plastered eaves and features three sash windows with glazing bars. The two windows on the return side have curved glazing bars at the tops of the panes. A six-panel fielded door is set within an arched recess, accompanied by a radial bar fanlight and a reeded frame. The building forms a group with numbers 23 to 27 (consec) and number 30.
