Description

Oak Cottage is a house dating from the early 18th century, with some rebuilding that occurred around 1870 and 20th-century windows. The structure is made of roughcast brick and features a pantiled roof with a brick stack located at the left end.

The exterior consists of one storey and a dormer attic, presenting a two-window front. The central entrance is a 19th-century door with vertical panels and a glazed top panel. On either side of the door, there are 20th-century Crittall windows located beneath rendered skewback arches. Additionally, there are two dormers along the eaves, both fitted with Crittall windows. The interior has not been inspected.
