Description

No 53 on Thoroughfare is a late 18th-century, two-storey building constructed of red brick with a slate roof. It features two sash windows with glazing bars and flush frames. The shop front is made of wood, and there is a segmental arched passageway on the left leading to No 57. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 39 to 55 (odd).
