Description

This is a small cottage dating from the 17th to 18th century, originally a timber-framed and plastered building now incorporated into Dukes Hall to the south. It has one storey and attics, with a two-storeyed cross wing at the west end. The windows are casement style. The roof is tiled and includes one dormer.
