Description

River View is a late 18th century or early 19th century building that stands two storeys high with an attic and features three windows. The property has two square-headed dormers set in a tiled mansard roof and is complemented by end chimneys. The recessed sash windows are fitted with glazing bars and have gauged flat arches above them. The central entrance is accentuated by a radial bar fanlight and a gauged elliptical arch. River View and The Cottage are recognized as a group.
