Description

This is a range of small houses, likely dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, originally timber-framed and plastered with tiled roofs. The facades of the buildings have undergone significant alterations over time. Number 99, now a public house, has a 19th-century front made of Suffolk brick, featuring two small gables. An adjacent building boasts a gabled crosswing and a 19th-century shop window. Numbers 100, 101, and 102 have been entirely refaced in Suffolk brick and include a parapet. Several small 19th-century shop windows are present. The buildings are included on the list for their group value, contributing to the character of the street alongside the King's Head public house and the Transport Cafe on Bulmer Road.
