Description

Clarkes Farm Cottage is a 17th-century house constructed with a timber frame and plaster. It has two storeys and features a three-window range, primarily consisting of horizontal sliding sashes. The upper storey may have originally jutted out over part of the front. The roof is covered with 20th-century pantiles and has a large central chimney stack with grouped diagonal shafts topped by a modern rectangular chimney.
