Description
Burchetts is a 16th to 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on Rectory Lane in Newton Burchetts. The building was renovated in the 20th century and has two storeys. It features small casement windows and has been extended on the south side during the 20th century. The roof is thatched and includes three dormers on the north side and two on the south. An external chimney stack is located at the east end of the house. Inside, the property showcases exposed timber-framing.
