Thatched Cottage is a 17th to 18th century timber-framed and plastered cottage located on Bures Road in Nayland with Wissington. The cottage has been restored and renovated in the 20th century, with the timber framing now exposed. It is a single-storey building featuring a two-window range with small casement windows and a boarded door. The roof is thatched and has a hipped design that extends over a lower extension at the east end.
