Description

This is a range of probably 17th-century tenements located on the north-east side of Benton Street. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has a tiled roof. It is timber-framed and now plastered, with a five-window front. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A central ground-floor entry is marked by double doors. The building is included on the list for its group value, forming a group with numbers 29 to 41 (odd) and 28 to 32 (even).
