Brook Cottage is a 16th-17th century timber-framed and plastered building with a gabled front. It was formerly known as the cottage opposite Denbigh House. The building projects outwards on its north side and has a modern gabled addition on the same side. It has undergone renovation. The cottage is two storeys high. The upper storey of the gabled front is jettied, but partly underbuilt with brick which is painted. Modern casement windows are present.
