Description

The Garage House is an early 19th-century brick house located on the east side of Little St Mary's in Long Melford. The building is painted and features rusticated quoins on the ground floor, along with a raised band between the storeys on the west front. It is two storeys high and has a three-window range with double-hung sashes that include glazing bars, set in plain reveals. The ground floor has a splayed bay at the north end and a former 19th-century shop window at the south end. The central doorway is framed by a rusticated surround, and the roof is covered with slate.
