Spe-Dives is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located on High Street in Acton, featuring a cross wing at the east end. The building has been renovated in the 20th century and stands two storeys tall. The upper storey of the cross wing is jettied, and it has casement windows with glazing bars. The roof is thatched and hipped, with a central chimney stack.
